KLVG is an engineering design and Cx provider.  From design to decommission, Keel’s Landing design and commissioning services ensure complex projects go according to plan. 


KLVG is organized to implement the design and commissioning process through coordinated action with our network of experts, operators, inspectors and distributers. 


Our team leads the construction team through the commissioning process including design reviews, preparing the commissioning plan, preparing pre-functional checklists and test scripts, participation in functional testing and preparation of required documentation and reports. Our O&M training and detailed systems manuals prepare the facilities teams for success. 





Buzz believes that operating a veteran-owned small business (VOSB) is the best way to individually contribute to providing careful and thoughtful engineering insight to institutions that provide medical care for veterans and active duty members and allows his small team to collaborate with critical engineering and science research agencies that require carefully planned engineering services.
